Minimum hours and available rates depend on the vehicle class shown in the journey form. Choose for the passenger and luggage requirements as well as the occasion. A booking is for a class; the office confirms the assigned vehicle and availability.
Share changes before the journey
Tell the office if the schedule extends beyond the requested duration, or if you add destinations. Extra time, route changes and any waiting arrangements need review. Do not assume an hourly request covers an unspecified itinerary or unlimited travel.
