Service request terms

Updated October 27, 2026. These terms describe the website request process. Your service-specific arrangements are confirmed by the office.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a form creates a reservation or quote request for office review. Payment does not confirm availability or assign a chauffeur. The office must approve your journey. For urgent journeys, do not assume a request has been accepted before receiving confirmation.

Journey details

Provide accurate contact details, pickup and destination addresses, dates, passenger count and luggage requirements. Tell the office about flight details, child seats, additional stops and return transfers. A return journey must be included in your request and confirmed.

Time and vehicle selection

Journey times use the timezone shown on the booking form. Vehicle photographs illustrate a vehicle class; a particular model is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the office.

Prices and payment

For journeys with a defined price and pickup at least 6 hours away, full payment is offered through Stripe. Optional child seats and meet-and-greet services are itemized separately for each journey; they may be free or charged at the displayed rate. Custom journeys, unlisted destinations and pickups less than 6 hours away require office review without immediate online payment. For pickups within 6 hours, contact the office by telephone or WhatsApp after submitting your request. Submitting the details form does not itself charge a card; payment takes place on the secure Stripe page. Do not enter card details in journey notes.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Use your private reservation link to request a change or cancellation. A submitted request does not automatically change or cancel the booking or issue a refund. Cancellation conditions and any applicable charges are confirmed with your quote; ask the office for clarification before accepting your service arrangements.

Your reservation link

Keep your private reservation link secure. Anyone with the link may be able to view the associated journey information. Share it only with people authorized to manage your reservation.
